Job Description

The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience. This role is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, answering queries, providing assistance, and ensuring excellent service during their stay. The executive must be knowledgeable about hotel policies, services, and facilities to provide accurate information to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Check-in/check-out guests efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and payment handling.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and other amenities.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date front desk environment, including guest registration, reservation management, and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure that guests' special requests are fulfilled, such as additional amenities or room preferences.
• Process reservations via phone, email, or walk-ins, and confirm bookings in the system.
• Coordinate with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B, to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash and card transactions, issue invoices, and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality in line with company policies.
• Assist in training and guiding junior staff (e.g., Front Office Associates).
• Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and hygiene standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
• Problem-solving skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
