Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Executive to manage the reception area at our car service center. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and service requests.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain the booking calendar.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain customer records and update service details.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
