Location: Andheri & Cst (Mumbai)

Salary: ?18,000 - ?25,000 per month

We are looking for a motivated and well-presented Front Office Executive for our 3-star hotel to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Check-in and Check-out: Ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes for all guests.

Customer Service: Greet guests upon arrival, respond to inquiries, provide information about hotel facilities, and assist with special requests.

Reservations Management: Manage reservations, confirm booking details, and assist in overbooking situations.

Billing and Payment: Handle guest payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Handling Calls and Emails: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve guest queries in a timely and professional manner.

Coordination with Other Departments: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and timely room preparation.

Maintain Records: Update and maintain guest information, guest preferences, and relevant documents in the system.

Guest Feedback and Complaint Handling: Address guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.

Maintain Front Desk Area: Keep the front office area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Security Protocols: Ensure safety and security of guests by following hotel's security procedures.

Hotel management
Any graduate can apply

Skills Required:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel front office or customer service.

Good communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

Proficient in hotel management software (knowledge of Opera, IDS or similar is preferred).

Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
