Full job description
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of all reservations and guest details.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages when necessary.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, lobby, and guest service area.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and resolved in a timely manner.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related field preferred.
• Must have experience in hotel front desk operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be fluent in English(Knowing to speak Tamil is an added advantage)
• Proficiency in computer software systems, including MS Office and hotel management software.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
