We have an Urgent Opening for Front office Executive in Trivandrum Branch

Seeking Female candidates only

Responsibilities and Duties



Greet and welcome guests

Answer questions and address complaints

Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

Monitor office stationery and place orders when necessary Keep updated records and files

Monitor office expenses and costs handling all processes related to the recruitment of course admission and exam service. Coordination with HO for various policy servicing process & Students complaint resolutions.

Cash/cheque transactions in system with proper reconciliation and deposition at bank/HO

Qualifications and Skills



Graduates can apply

Must have an experience in front office and team handling

Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel

Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred.
