Job Description

The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, assisting guests with check-in and check-out, handling reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures. Manage room reservations and process payments accurately. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations. Maintain front desk records and update guest information. Ensure a welcoming and well-maintained lobby area. Follow hotel policies and security procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:



Previous experience in front office or hospitality preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in computer systems and hotel booking software. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
