Key Responsibilities
• Reception Duties
• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, or forward calls/messages to appropriate staff.
• Administrative Support
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and reservations.
• Maintain records, files, and office supplies.
• Customer Service
• Address client or visitor concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide basic information about services, policies, or procedures.
• Assist customers with check-in/check-out or registration processes as applicable.
• Clerical Tasks
• Prepare and maintain office correspondence such as emails, memos, and reports.
• Operate office equipment, including copiers, printers, and fax machines.
• Assist with data entry and maintaining spreadsheets or databases.
• Facility Management
• Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Report and address maintenance issues or office equipment problems.
• Coordination
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, including access and orientation in the front office area.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
