Job Description

The Front Office Executive is the face of the organization, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients. This role involves managing the reception area, coordinating communication, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism.
• Manage the reception area to maintain a tidy and organized appearance.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
• Direct visitors to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
• Ensure timely and effective communication across teams.
• Manage courier services and distribute mail to the concerned departments.
• Address queries or complaints and escalate issues to the relevant personnel if necessary.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate with the admin team for replenishments.
• Support events and meetings by arranging materials and refreshments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
