A Front office executive's responsibilities include:
• Reception : Managing the reception area and ensuring it's clean and tidy
• Greeting : Welcoming visitors, clients, Agents and customers in a professional and courteous manner. Ensuring a pleasant stay for guests, answering questions and concerns, and providing information about services
• Phone calls : Attending IN/OUT calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
• Mail and packages : Handling IN/OUT mails and packages
• Administrative tasks : Scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
• Customer service : Providing customer service and addressing complaints
• Records : Maintaining records, files, and documents
• ERP Entry: Managing billing and payments, and ensuring bills are prepared and presented through ERP
• Employee attendance : Monitoring employee attendance
• HELP DESK: Managing all kinds of tickets and room bookings.
• Supervising : Supervising front desk agents, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support.
Front office executives should have strong communication skills, leadership, teamwork, and supervisory skills.
