Experience 06 months to 1.5 Years of Experience into front office executive


Office expenses Monitor & Augmenting requirements for cost cutting.




First Aid kit Basic Medicines, Band aid, Dettol, Spary, cotton etc.




Books Maintaining & Order if

Required



Installation, Cash payment , Reimbursement & leave application -




Colleagues & Fabrication

Address List



For couriering Material, Invoices, Catalogues, Documents, Visiting

Ensuring Office policies and procedures are implemented and

Handling logistics of goods and documents by interfacing with couriers, airlines & shipment - Sharing the docket details with concern person as required. Receive letters, packages etc. and

distribute them to concern person or Department






Maintaining Excel sheet Courier details & Courier bill for both VEKA & Gealan




Filing Courier docket copies & Delivery challans of all Vendors




Material & Invoices / Cash



Sending Material & Invoices to factory & intimating to the

concern person





Bookings & Ordering



Hotel bookings, Flight bookings & Ordering food for Guest,

Colleagues & for VEKA Germans






Management of Office Daily Activities




Coordinating with Accounts &
