Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.) 3. Greet and welcome guests. 4. Answer questions and address complaints. 5. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. 6. Strong communication and people skills. 7. Customer service orientation 8.
