We are looking for a pleasant \' Front office Executive \' to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance(Real Estate office). Note : Work location - (Nagole) Responsibilities : 1. 1-2 years proven experience as Front office Executive or relevant position with excellent communication skills. 2. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.) 3. Greet and welcome guests. 4. Answer questions and address complaints. 5. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. 6. Strong communication and people skills. 7. Customer service orientation 8. Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events. 9. Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner. 10. Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
