Urgent requirement of a Female Front Office executive for our manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad. We are looking for someone who can take care of daily accounting needs and co-ordinate with the following KRAs- answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices
- organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
- creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
- overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails
- preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packages
- operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers
- recording meeting minutes and dictations
- performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need
Store Incharge
Job Location: Ghaziabad
Urgent requirement of a female Store Incharge for our manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad. We are looking for someone who can take care of the stock and follow the stand up to these KRAs:- Managing the store inventory.
- Keeping a record of restocking the store accordingly.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Knowledge of computers is a must
