Job Summary:

The Front Office Executive at Cadillac Diamond Casino is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager (FOM) in managing the daily operations of the front office. This role ensures that all staff deliver high standards of customer service excellence and maintain professional grooming and punctuality. The Front Office Executive handles guest interactions, resolves issues, coordinates with staff, and supports revenue goals through effective team management and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the FOM in managing day-to-day front office operations.

Ensure all staff greet and welcome guests with high standards of customer service excellence.

Ensure all staff adhere to company SOPs.

Ensure all staff are well-groomed and presentable at all times while on duty.

Ensure required staff is available on duty and on time.

Be present to brief and debrief staff as needed.

Attend to guests and resolve their issues promptly and effectively.

Answer all guest calls courteously and efficiently.

Ensure timely breaks are given to staff to maintain high levels of service.

Compile and submit daily reports accurately.

Coordinate with the manager and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Resolve staff issues or escalate them to the FOM for resolution.

Brief staff on daily functions and new information.

Train new joiners on product knowledge and company policies.

Ensure staff adhere to daily functions and new information.

Ensure sales and revenue targets are accomplished through effective team performance and guest engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the Casino or Hospitality industry.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
