1. Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
2. Check-in/check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
3. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
4. Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
5. Manage front desk operations, including room assignments and key card management.
6. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
7. Handle room changes, cancellations, and no-shows.
8. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
