• Answering phone calls : Directing phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member and handle all enquiries for new admissions and partnerships.
• Interview coordination, Attendance coordination.
• Handling mail and packages: Receiving and sending mail and packages
• Scheduling appointments: Setting up appointments for clients
• Organizing files: Keeping files organized and maintaining office supplies
• Providing customer service: Addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and providing a pleasant experience
• Checking in and out guests: Performing check-in and check-out duties for guests
• Handling reservations: Taking online and phone reservation
