• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, and provide accurate information as required.
• Manage appointments, maintain the visitors' log, and coordinate with internal teams for meetings.
• Manage correspondence such as emails, letters, and courier services.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
• Assist in managing meeting rooms and scheduling.
