Job Location: Cuttack ( For Corporate Office)
Gender: Only Female candidate required .
Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's degree .
Experience : 0-5 yrs.
Roles & Responsibility:
• Greeting clients/visitors/customers and assisting them in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective Departments.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary.
• Overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mails.
• Bookkeeping and receiving Bills & invoices.
• Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :
• Must be well presentable and have an appealing personality .
• Candidates from Hotel Management or Air hostess will be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially, should be fluent in speaking English.
• Working knowledge of computer software, such as Word Processors, Excel and Power point.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
