Job Title: Front Office Executive cum Admin

Job Location: AMCO Tower, Sector 9, Noida 201301

Your role at a glance:

We are seeking a highly organized and presentable Front Office Executive cum Admin to join our team. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for visitors and clients and involves managing front-office activities as well as providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities you would handle:

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

Assist in handling travel arrangements, accommodations, and conference bookings as needed.

Maintain and update company databases.

Manage and update contact lists.

Keep records of office expenses and costs.

Assist in planning and executing office events, meetings, and training sessions.

Coordinate catering and other requirements for events.

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Qualifications: Any Graduate with a similar role

Skills required to ace your job:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Hands-on experience with office equipment

Professional attitude and appearance.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Customer service attitude.

Compensation: 20K to 25K per month + Medical Insurance + Bonus + Leave Encashment + PF + Gratuity + Performance based yearly Increments

Employment:

Mode of working: Work from Office

No. of working days: 6 days a week (Third Saturday Off)

Shift Time : 09:30am to 6:00pm or 10:00am to 06:30pm

(Total 08:30 Hours + extra time when needed)
