• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
• Handle office correspondence, emails, and deliveries.
• Coordinate Doctor's appointments, meetings
• Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding company services.
• Assist with inquiries and resolve issues in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain records and files for office-related documents
• Assist with preparation and handling of office reports, presentations.
• Perform administrative duties as prescribed by the management.
• Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience.
• Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests to resolve any issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including guest information and financial transactions.
• Should be able to manage all the appointments of the Concerned authorities as per their schedules
• Prepare daily reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain inventory of office and guest supplies and equipment and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
• Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments etc.
• Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and efficient manner
• Oversees general office operations and gives reports to the management
• Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars
• Oversees guest experience, sorts mail and answers direct phone calls
