Front Office - Roles and Responsibilities:

Communication

? Responding to all inbound phone calls

? Calling parents on request from teachers/office/HOS

? Following up with parents for outstanding fee payments

? Scheduling parent-teacher meetings on request

Admissions

? Handling enquiries from potential parents - telephone, email, and direct walk-ins and providing adequate information for parent to move forward with the process

? Following up with all enquiries on a timely basis

? Managing all enquiry related information on an enquiry management platform (presently Leadsquared) real time

? Walking parents through campus (campus tour)

? Scheduling student and parent interactions

? Communicating admission results/updates

? Updating requisite student database and vacancy sheets (or their equivalents)

? Filing all applications received and ensuring their completeness and correctness

Given the newness of the campus, the Front Office team member is expected to take on additional responsibilities typically associated with Admissions Counselor and Office Executive roles. These responsibilities are crucial to supporting a seamless operation and delivering a positive experience to students, parents, and staff.

Admissions Counselor Responsibilities

• Guidance and Support: Provide guidance to prospective students and parents on the admissions process, policies, and academic programs.
• Application Assistance: Assist parents and students with filling out application forms and address any questions regarding the admissions steps.
• Follow-up and Engagement: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective families, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged throughout the admissions process.
• Events Support: Assist in organizing open houses, information sessions, and campus events aimed at attracting new students and engaging the community.

Office Executive Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, data entry, and documentation to ensure smooth office operations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, handling reorders and ensuring availability as required.
• Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment for parents, students, and external guests.
• Coordination: Coordinate with staff and faculty to support school events, meetings, and activities.
• Record Maintenance: Keep student and staff records up-to-date, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

? Must possess experience in a collegiate environment to understand the academic culture and must have the ability to effectively interact with faculty, staff, vendors and administrators.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
