Competent Back Office Executive to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company regarding documentation of cllients.
The Candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work. Person is comfortable working with new and effective ways to achieve.
• Very good with managing tasks and speed with using computer
• Good command over MS Office and advanced Excel operations
• Assist and support administrative staff in their day-to-day activity.
• Managing documents and following up for documents on a daily basis with clients
• Drafting, checking, and mailing documents required by the management
• Support sales staff with handling and filing documents.
• Handling all online solar-related portals for work (National Portal, GEDA) .
• Client documentation verification
• The client follows up and shorts out the query.
• Claim subsidy for solar to clients.
• Communication with clients as well as government officers
• At least 6 month experience required . Totally Fresher don't Apply
• Prepare the project file for handover.
Preferred male candidate who can go field for documentation work
