Our state-of-the-art Co-working Space offers everything you need in order to get started: meeting rooms, comfortable workstations, networking opportunities and, needless to say, snacks and drinks.Designation:- Community ManagerLocation:- Green Park, New DelhiSalary:- As per market standardsRoles and Responsibilities:-\xc2\xb7 Managing all Center operations at our co-working space- including vendor management and event management -this part of the role will be supported by the operations team, accounts team and events and marketing team.\xc2\xb7 Point of contact for all client requirements at our Centers including issue resolutions.\xc2\xb7 Maintaining proper records of all the expenses and purchases done at the centre.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the timely rent recovery.\xc2\xb7 Assistance in sales including responding to sales queries, managing centre visits and follow-ups, making membership agreements of the clients.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for the overall hygiene, cleanliness and look and feel of the center.\xc2\xb7 Maintaining Google ratings of your center at a minimum of 4.5.\xc2\xb7 Maintain an inventory sheet of your centre having the information of which client is sitting where and what is the current occupancy rate of the centre, the sheet will be shared with every concerned department at the end of the day daily.Requirements:-1. Strong organizational and time management skills.2. Comfortable with on-demand front office work.3. Familiarity with corporate etiquette.4.
