Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and professional MBA/BBA graduates with an understanding of HR functions to join our team as Front Office Executives in the Automobile Industry. This role combines administrative responsibilities with opportunities to contribute to HR-related tasks, offering a gateway to a rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk.
• Manage telephone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Maintain and update records of visitors and appointments.
• Support HR activities, such as onboarding coordination, employee engagement, and documentation.
• Ensure the front office operates smoothly and professionally.
• Collaborate with departments to provide seamless administrative and HR support.
Qualifications:
• MBA/BBA graduate (freshers are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
