Location: Outside Kerala
Responsibilities:
• Schedule the front office staffs and supervises workload during shifts.
• Maintains the master key control.
• Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and is properly communicated.
• Quickly resolves guest problems with efficiency and courtesy
• Evaluates the job performances of the front office employees
• Maintains a healthy work relationship and ongoing communications with all departments
• Receives information from the previous shift manager and passes on pertinent details to the incoming manager.
• Checks cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift and enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
• Ensures the wearing of proper uniform at all times and requires all front office employees to wear proper uniforms at all times.
• Review Front office log book and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis and maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchering, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs.
• Upholds the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Essentials: You need to have a well-developed communication and customer relations skills and should be highly organized, result oriented carrying the ability to work well under pressure.
Education: Graduates bachelor degree and/or Diploma in Hospitality Management or other related fields. Computer Knowledge and experience in IDS software along with MS Office Program.
