FRONT OFFICE CUM ADMISSION COUNSELLOR-JD Job Location: Little Ginnie, South Delhi Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Front office cum Admission Counsellor. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be playing a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our visitors and parents while helping in recruiting and admitting prospective students. The successful candidate will handle all incoming calls, greet guests, guide the parents through the application process, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Greet and welcome visitors professionally, and respond to incoming calls & emails to the appropriate personnel or department promptly and courteously. \xe2\x97\x8f Respond to inquiries from parents, visitors, and employees, providing accurate information or directing them. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. \xe2\x97\x8f Schedule and maintain appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations. \xe2\x97\x8f Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information and guidance throughout the admissions process. \xe2\x97\x8f Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. \xe2\x97\x8f Support other departments as needed, such as assisting with events or coordinating travel arrangements. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure compliance with security procedures by issuing visitor badges and monitoring access to the building. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain the office phone directory and other relevant contact lists. \xe2\x97\x8f Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. \xe2\x97\x8f Continuously strive to improve and streamline the processes for better efficiency. Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in the field of education, administration or related discipline. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience as a Receptionist or in student parent counseling or in a similar customer service role. \xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. \xe2\x97\x8f Empathetic and understanding, with excellent organizational and time management skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and data management software. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. \xe2\x97\x8f Pleasant and professional demeanor, with a positive attitude. \xe2\x97\x8f Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. \xe2\x97\x8f Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if required. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage but not mandatory. \xe2\x97\x8f Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges whenever required Please share your updated CV\'s on info@littleginnie.com Job Type: Full-time Salary: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
