Job Description

This role requires a candidate who can efficiently manage office operations while also handling online customer interactions through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
• Engage with customers via WhatsApp, addressing their queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and office activities.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Prior experience in customer service or office coordination is preferred.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Young, energetic, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
