Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
• Engage with customers via WhatsApp, addressing their queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and office activities.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Prior experience in customer service or office coordination is preferred.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
