Job Description

The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Company: We are authorised service centre for hp, lenovo, acer. We have branches all over Kerala and have been operating for last 25 years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Satisfaction (Front Office)
2. Branch Sales & Development Activities
3. Daily Reports to Head Office

Skills :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,926.12 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
