: Front Office and Training Coordinator
The Front Office and Training Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front office while simultaneously developing and implementing training programs for the organization.
Responsibilities
• Front Office Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrangements.
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Training Coordination:
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Coordinate with external training providers if necessary.
Qualifications
• 6 months experience in a front office or administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
