Job Description

The Administrator will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative functions, including bookkeeping, resource allocation, maintaining employee records, and policy enforcement. This role will act as a liaison between employees and leadership, facilitating communication, optimizing productivity, and streamlining processes to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the office, manage supplies, and coordinate meetings. Billing and Expenditure Management: Manage billing processes, track expenses, and ensure adherence to the budget. Report Writing and Coordination: Prepare reports and collaborate with various departments for submission of necessary information. Client Query Resolution: Address and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
