• Responsible for all front office operations in 3 star category luxury Hotel
• Ensure all guests are welcomed, accompanied by adhering our Standard Operating procedure
• To communicate and co-ordinate with all other departments , ensure to pass the Guests check in information daily
• To be responsible to maintain all the Admin files , petty cash , vendor statements , vouchers carried out in daily operations
• To record the guests history , preference , complaints and feedbacks in Hotel Software
• Update Booking forecast , oversee all the booking and follow up with Arrivals , update all OTA rates, promotions etc.
• To Ensure to have good communication and relationship with guests
• Provide best professional top notch service to guests
• Candidates must have 3/5 star hotels experience, worked in similar or relevant role.
• Flexible to work in Restaurant at some situation
• Must speak fluent in communication skills , data entry skills and team work, passion towards achieving 100% guests satisfaction
• Reports to Operation Manager.
EXP : Minimum 2 year exp in Front office In hotel
