A Front Office Associate is responsible for:
• Welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out.
• Managing inquiries, reservations, and communication channels.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinating with other departments for guest services.
• Ensuring a clean and organized front desk area.
• Addressing guest concerns and providing excellent customer service

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle guest issues with professionalism and empathy
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and point-of-sale software is a plus
