A Front Office Associate in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front desk.

Job Title: Front Office Associate

Department: Administration/Customer Service

Job Summary: The Front Office Associate is responsible for managing the front desk, providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the company. This role involves interacting with clients, visitors, and employees, maintaining records, and supporting various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Customer Service:-

Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.

Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

2. Administrative Support:-

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

3.Communication:-

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

Communicate effectively with various departments to relay messages and information.

Maintain updated contact lists and directories.

4.Record Keeping:-

Maintain and update visitor logs and records.

Manage and organize company documents, ensuring confidentiality and security.

5.Facility Management:-

Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.

Ensure the front office area is well-maintained and presentable.

Coordinate with maintenance staff for any repairs or issues.

6.Support to Other Departments:-

Provide assistance to other departments as required.

Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:-

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer service-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Working Conditions:-

Typically works in an office environment.

May require occasional overtime or weekend work depending on company needs.

Physical Requirements:-

Ability to sit for extended periods.

Ability to lift and carry office supplies and equipment as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
