• Greeting guests : Welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling check-ins and check-outs : Registering guests, assigning rooms, and collecting payments
• Providing information : Answering questions about services, amenities, and local attractions
• Managing appointments : Scheduling meetings and conference room bookings
• Maintaining records : Keeping track of incoming and outgoing guests, and ensuring records are up to date
• Processing payments : Handling payment for services and maintaining accurate transaction records
• Addressing concerns : Addressing client concerns and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department
• Maintaining security : Monitoring and maintaining security protocols, and following emergency procedures
• Keeping the area clean : Ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized
• Handling deliveries : Accepting and logging incoming deliveries, and notifying the appropriate staff
• Assisting with administrative tasks : Performing data entry, document scanning, and sorting mail
