Job role includes reporting and assisting management. Monitoring day to day office operations. Communicating and answering telephone calls and emails. Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and events. Welcoming and assisting visitors in professional manner. Handling basic inquiries and sorting mails. Following up project teams. Maintaining and filing documents in both hard and soft docs. Few works in computer worde excel and powerpoint presentations etc. Monitoring office supplies. Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette. Few projects apart from softwares like health education related projects follow ups. Its office desk job with little travelling if required for official work. Performing few administrative tasks etc.
Any BBA BHM BCA AHTM BCA BAHM BAENG BASOCIO BAENV BAANTHRO BAPSY BAPR BATTM BAJM or equivalent qualifications having good communication skills and basic computer knowledge, preferably females less than 28 years age can apply for this post.
