• Scheduling appointments : Coordinating with patients in booking and scheduling appointments
• Managing office supplies : Ensuring that office supplies are maintained
• Supervising front desk agents : Assigning tasks, providing guidance and support
• Troubleshooting : Handling crises and solving problems
