Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Attendant (Night Shift) at DLS HOTELS in Barlowganj, Mussoorie. The Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication with guests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications: Graduate or equalant
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Should have knowledge of hotel software such as Ezee.
