A Front Office Assistant greets and assists visitors, manages phone calls, schedules appointments, and handles administrative tasks. They ensure a welcoming atmosphere, maintain records, and coordinate with other departments. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor are crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Greeting Visitors: Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service and handle inquiries from visitors and clients.
• Assist in Managing Phone Calls: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally.
• Assist in Scheduling Appointments: Arrange and confirm appointments and meetings.
• Assist in Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements:
Gender: Male/Female
Degree: Any degree related to Hospitality Management/Tourism/Hotel Management
Age: Below 30
Salary: 10k-15k / Month (Based on previous experience)
