Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Office Staff member to join our interior design team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in representing our brand. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day front office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional service to both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reception Duties:
• Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Administrative Support:
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings.
• Maintain records of client interactions and project timelines.
• Handle data entry, filing, and documentation related to ongoing projects.
• Office Management:
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the reception and meeting areas.
• Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishments.
• Client Coordination:
• Assist clients by providing information about our services and design processes.
• Communicate effectively with the design team to relay client feedback or updates.
Qualifications:
• Educational Requirement: Any graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in a front office or customer-facing role, preferably in an interior design or creative environment.
• Proven experience in a front office or customer-facing role, preferably in an interior design or creative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
