Job Summary :
The Front Office Assistant at Veu Ragamalika Hotel plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests from the moment they arrive. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and a welcoming attitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and providing information about the hotel's services and local attractions.
Key Responsibilities :
• Guest Reception & Interaction
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest queries, complaints, or requests promptly and efficiently.
• Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, current bookings, and upcoming guest arrivals.
• Front Desk Management
• Manage the hotel's front desk, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and any special requests.
• Ensure proper billing, receipts, and payment processing.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and any issues are resolved promptly.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
