Take ownership of the property with supervising housekeeping \xe2\x80\x93 quality check, administration, Staff and guest interaction.
Know your guests by name & Create a friendly and homely environment for them.
Know your city, its caf\xc3\xa9s, bars, and restaurants, its art, its music - Give personalized recommendations to each guest to ensure a unique experience.
OWN GUEST COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVE THEM YOURSELF- Handle escalated complaints
Manage the reservations desk \xe2\x80\x93 calls, emails, guest requests, reservation enquiries etc. Make sure all channel response rates are exceptional.
Strive to generate the perfect feedback score with a personalized approach to every guest needs & experiences.
Build custom itineraries for guests as well as help them with relevant tickets, transport & Tour reservations.
Social Media management and posting activities and pictures of guests and their feedback.
Content Management on Google my Business, Social Media, Website, OTAs (booking.com, Airbnb, agoda , Hosteworld.com etc. )
You will be responsible for everything amazing that we achieve and each negative review & guest feedback. Lead by example to make sure your subordinates join you in delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
Publish personalized responses to reviews and guest feedback, also take relevant actions with reporting on negative feedback.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications *To be successful in the role, you need:
