We are looking for a reliable and smart Front office Associate to join our hospitality team in order to provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests.
As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, coordinating mail dispatches, and performing various administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
• Assist in booking appointments and scheduling meetings.
• Keep updated records and files, both electronic and physical.
• Perform basic administrative.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Front Office Assocaite or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service orientation and professional appearance.
