Job Description

As an HR professional, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's human resources functions. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and staffing, supporting employee relations, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate hiring processes.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and job boards.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
• Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
• Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
• Mediate disputes and recommend solutions to conflicts or disciplinary issues.
• Ensure that employee rights and fair treatment are upheld.
• Training & Development:
• Assess training needs and design employee development programs.
• Coordinate or provide training sessions on topics such as compliance, leadership, or technical skills.
• Monitor employee progress and effectiveness of training programs.
• Foster career development opportunities and leadership pipeline programs.
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely compensation distribution.
• Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Benchmark salaries to ensure competitive pay and benefits packages.
• Advise employees on compensation-related issues.
• Performance Management:
• Implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
• Support managers in evaluating employee performance and providing feedback.
• Develop performance improvement plans (PIPs) when needed.
• Recognize and reward high-performing employees.
• Compliance & Legal:
• Stay updated on labor laws and ensure company policies comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Handle workplace investigations and employee disciplinary actions, ensuring due process.
• Maintain records for audits and legal compliance (e.g., EEO-1 reports, I-9 forms, etc.).
• Ensure workplace safety standards are adhered to, and health policies are in place.
• Employee Engagement & Wellbeing:
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
• Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights.
• Organize wellness programs, employee recognition events, and team-building activities.
• HR Strategy & Reporting:
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and business strategy.
• Provide HR metrics and reports to management on areas such as turnover rates, hiring effectiveness, and training ROI.
• Recommend improvements in HR processes, policies, and technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
