: Front Office Executive
Job Location: Hotel GC International, New Digha
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Executive for our Hotel GC International at New Digha to join our team.
As a Front Office Executive, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, Bar Daily Report Maintain, Stock of Liquor, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications :
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
2. Experience: 2 years of experience in a front office role, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Skills Required :
1. Guest Check-in/Check-out: Manage guest registration, room assignments, and key card issuance.
2. Front Desk Operations: Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
3. Room Allocation: Assign rooms based on guest preferences and hotel availability.
4. Key Control: Manage key card inventory, issue keys, and maintain key card security.
5. Guest Services: Provide assistance with luggage, transportation, and other guest requests.
6. Communication: Liaise with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance) to ensure seamless guest services.
7. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on front desk operations, guest feedback, and other relevant metrics.
•Preferable Qualification: •
1. Monitor Bar Stock Report, Maintain Sale & Purchase (P&L Reporting Monthly), including Alcohol, Mixers, and Bar Supplies, Ensuring Timely Ordering and Replenishment, Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs (IDS Next, Exceed, Petpooja)
Responsibilities:
• Expertise in setting up and managing bars, including inventory management.
• Demonstrated success in increasing sales and revenue through innovative strategies.
• Stand by the vision and ethics of the company, while planning any event
• Build and manage a virtual team of guest assistants, night auditors, accounting team, revenue managers, and other operational staff to support our properties
• Ensure the timely resolution of guest complaints and issues
