Job Summary:
The Front Office Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests and patrons of the casino. The role requires managing the front desk operations efficiently, addressing inquiries, handling reservations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, and maintain a welcoming demeanour to create a positive first impression for guests.

Qualifications:
• Education : Graduate/Certification in hospitality or customer service.
• Experience : Prior experience in front desk operations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Skills :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with reservation systems.
