:
The Front Office and Meeting Coordinator will be responsible for managing the front office operations and coordinating meetings and events. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival.
• Manage the front desk, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
• Prepare meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and arranging materials.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the front office area is neat and organized.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and guests.
• Maintain and update contact lists and calendars.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a front office or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
