JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Customer-service.
• Co-ordinating with faculties.
• Converting the leads as walk ins.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counseling sessions.
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 6 months- 1 yrs experience in tele-calling or a related field In Insurance or Academic Industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
