We are seeking a professional and organized

Front Office Administrator

to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments. Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Support HR and management with clerical duties, including onboarding paperwork and employee records. Monitor office security by following safety procedures and controlling access. Assist in organizing company events and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
