Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Maintain supplies, coordinate vendors, and oversee facilities.
HR Support:
Assist with onboarding, payroll, and attendance tracking.
Compliance & Documentation:
Keep records and contracts up to date.
Finance Support:
Process invoices, track budgets, and manage petty cash.
Procurement:
Handle purchases and vendor contracts.
Event Coordination:
Organise meetings, team events, and training.
Reporting:
Maintain records and assist with audits.
Skills & Qualifications:
1 year of experience in admin, HR, or finance.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HR policies, accounting software, and procurement.
Good communication skills.
