Job Summary
Experience : 1 to 3 Years
Salary: Is not a constraint for the right candidate
:
• Receiving Guests & Customers
• Schedule and Co-ordinating with appointments
• Email and Telephone correspondence
• Manage housekeeping and staffs
• Maintenance of Attendance of all employees and collating attendance data for reporting
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
• Manage office supplies (Stationary, refreshment, tea/coffee etc.)
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them as required
• Send & receive letters, packages etc.,
• Should be Customer Centric & Willingness to learn
• Office management: Take care of day to day admin related activities
• Lead Conversions
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Basic computer skills like MS-Word, MS-Excel, Outlook etc.,
• Good communication skills with pleasant personality
• Monthly & weekly reporting & documentation
• Manage/monitor office expenses and costs
• Should have good English / Kannada / Hindi communication
• Tally software Experience will be preferred (Nice to have)
