This job involves following duties -
1. handling front office duties like handling visitors, guests etc
2. Answer Phone calls, handling mails & correspondences.
3. Managing calls, schedules and meetings for directors
4. Managing admin duties like housekeeping, attendance etc
5. Other tasks as assigned by management.
